Challenge
Every creative project starts with the same slow translation: someone reads a brief, interprets the brand, and turns both into a direction the team can work from. Generic AI tools don't help much, because they forget the brand between sessions and give confident answers with no way to check where they came from. For design and marketing teams, that means more time rewriting and less trust in the output. I wanted to design a tool that holds a brand properly over time and shows its working.
Solutions
Each brand gets its own workspace, with a reference library of the raw assets as uploaded and a separate dashboard showing what Ideara has understood from them, so the AI's interpretation is never confused with the source material. Work happens in a chat led layout, with a live strategy document beside the conversation that updates as you refine it. Every answer is grounded in named sources and carries a provenance line, so teams can check where a claim came from. The output is a structured document rather than generated imagery, so it can be used immediately.
