Challenge
Moving into a new home means arranging energy, broadband, insurance, water and more, usually across a dozen websites and at a point when you're already exhausted. The decisions are also loaded: the default option is rarely the best one, and comparison sites bury it in noise. I wanted to turn a stressful pile of admin into a short, reassuring conversation.
Solution
A mobile experience built around Jay, a guide who greets you by name and sets the tone from the first message. You tap once to begin the call, then just talk, with a typed fallback always available if speaking isn't an option. A progress bar shows which of the ten steps you're on, so the task never feels endless. At each step, plan cards present a small number of real options with plain labels, such as best value or fastest available, and flag the likely default so you can see what you'd get if you did nothing. A "view all plans" option keeps the full choice available without crowding the screen.
