Challenge
Hiring is a black box for candidates. You send a CV out, hear nothing back, and never learn whether the problem was your experience, your wording or the way it was screened. I realised I didn't truly understand what hiring managers and teams look for, so I couldn't tell what made a CV right or wrong either. Most hiring tools are built for recruiters, which leaves candidates guessing. I wanted to put the power back in their hands.
Solution
Reach is built for the candidate. It models how screening actually works, using match scores, keyword and skills weighting, and the criteria teams filter on, then shows you how your CV reads against a role. With that understanding, it helps you build a stronger CV and reach out directly to the right people with more confidence.
