Challenges
Rootnode needed to launch a math-based scheduling platform for educational institutions with zero brand presence, no product interface, and a tight timeline. As the founding designer, I had to create the complete brand identity and product experience from scratch while collaborating closely with developers to ensure technical feasibility and working directly with the founder to align vision with execution.
Solution
Led end-to-end design as the founding designer. Built the brand identity from logo to brand guidelines, stationery, and merchandise. Designed the complete product interface, a scheduling platform using algorithmic optimization for educational institutions and later expanded to other markets. Worked iteratively with full-stack developers, debugging and refining the UI/UX through constant feedback loops. Created the company's portfolio website and a "Coming Soon" landing page for pre-launch momentum. Delivered a complete 0-to-1 product and brand in under a year.
