Challenge
Wise can't market directly to under 18s, so how do you convince parents that Young Explorer is the right product for their teen, without making it feel restrictive or controlling? The challenge was to build trust with parents while keeping the tone positive, warm and exciting for the whole family.
Solution
A campaign built around real, relatable moments between parents and teens, brought to life through familiar chat conversations. Rather than leading with features, we led with feeling.
